And through my participation I got a concrete understanding of pressing issues and prevailing problems of engineering sector. It is well known to all of us that engineering education is involved in all spheres of development in this modern society. Being a student graduating in Civil Engineering, I was always concerned about the prospects and constraints of engineering profession. The issue of sustainability as the main topic of discussion for the 3rd GSF on Engineering Education Seemed very much relevant in context of any developing country, where engineering community is growing with time.It also provided me an opportunity to explore my personal and professional potentialities. Exposure to a heterogeneous community of experts, students, and professionals enabled me to understand the issue of global concern from diverse perspective.
