It is often difidult to have children’s attention to Sustainability. However, Managa cannot help to having all attention from them.
This September 6th to 8th, Kyoto had 9th International Manga Summit. (official website here!)
As Kyoto grow many great Manga artist such as Tezuka Osamu and Kyoto held international climate conference, they set the main theme for this convention is “Environmental Innovation”, which seems appropriate given that Kyoto was the site of the United Nation’s Convention on Climate Change.
It is the collaborate of Manga and Environment. With new challenge and approach to aware of young people, they will start recognize “what is sutainability” as their deep culture.
